1. Service Overview
Writing Processor is an artificial intelligence (AI) service developed for English language educators. This service provides correction suggestions and comment proposals for students’ English compositions, as well as functionality to distinguish between human-written and AI-generated text.
2. Eligibility
This service is intended for educators and educational institutions engaged in English language education. Users must agree to these terms and complete the required registration procedures to use the service.
3. Disclaimer
The AI analysis results provided by this service are for reference only and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Due to technical limitations of AI analysis, incorrect analysis results or inappropriate correction suggestions may occur.
Please use the analysis results at your own responsibility. We do not guarantee any outcomes resulting from the use of analysis results.
The information provided by this service is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to system malfunctions, server downtime, etc.

4. Privacy and Personal Information Protection
The company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and properly manage collected personal information.
For information collected when using this service, its purpose of use, management methods, etc., please refer to the separate “Privacy Policy.”
5. Fees and Payment
①Basic Fee Structure
– Account creation is free.
– Monthly fees are specified in a separate price list.
②Payment Method
– Payment is by subscription via credit card or PayPal.
– Payment is automatically renewed after the end of each month, and fees are charged according to the plan in effect on the 1st day of each month.
③Cancellation
Service cancellation can be performed on the “Edit Profile” parent page after logging into your account.
The billing date is the 1st of each month. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.
If you cancel in the middle of the month, the full fee for the current month will apply, and no refund will be provided on a prorated basis.
Cancellation procedures must be completed at least 3 business days before the next billing date. Cancellations after this time may not be reflected in the following month’s billing. No refunds will be provided if you are charged for the following month due to failure to complete the cancellation procedure at least 3 business days in advance.
After completing the cancellation procedure, service access will be immediately terminated.
④Free Plan
– A free plan is offered in addition to paid plans.
– No charges apply to the free plan.
⑤Plan Changes
You can change from a free plan to a paid plan at any time. In this case, the fee for the month of the change will be charged in full regardless of the change date.
For paid plans, plan changes cannot be made in the middle of the month.
To change a paid plan, cancel your current plan effective at the end of the month, and apply for the desired plan anew.
⑥Fee Changes
The company reserves the right to change fees. In case of fee changes, notification will be sent to the registered email address 30 days in advance.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited:
①Using this service for non-educational purposes
②Lending or transferring authentication information to third parties
③Attempting unauthorized access to or tampering with the system
④Actions that overload the service system
⑤Exploiting service defects or vulnerabilities
⑥Actions that violate confidentiality obligations
⑦Actions that infringe upon intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.
⑧Usage in ways that violate the Personal Information Protection Act
⑨Actions that infringe upon the rights of the company, other users, or third parties
⑩Actions contrary to public order and morals
⑪Actions that interfere with the operation of this service
⑫Impersonating third parties
⑬Commercial use or resale of this service for profit
⑭Usage in ways that violate student privacy
⑮Actions that violate laws or are linked to criminal activities
⑯Other actions deemed inappropriate by the company
6.2 Measures for Violations
If the company determines that a user has engaged in any of the above prohibited actions, the company may suspend the user’s access or forcibly terminate membership without prior notice. If the company incurs damages, the company may claim compensation from the user.
6.3 Monitoring
The company may monitor users’ usage status to maintain the safety and integrity of this service.
7. Handling of Personal Information
Students’ English compositions and personal information entered into this service will only be used for correction and analysis purposes.
Entered data may be saved and analyzed in anonymized form to improve service quality.
Information that can identify individuals will not be provided to third parties except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights related to this service’s software, design, logo, etc., belong to the company or those who have licensed them to the company.
9. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
The company may change the content of this service or temporarily interrupt it without prior notice.
The company may terminate this service by providing 30 days’ advance notice.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
1. The company may change these terms in the following cases:
– When the change is beneficial to the general interest of users
– When the change does not contradict the purpose of the contract, and is reasonable in light of the necessity for change, the appropriateness of the content after change, the provision stating that these terms may be changed, and other circumstances related to the change
2. When changing these terms, the company will determine the content of the revised terms and their effective date, and announce them by the following methods at least 2 weeks before the effective date:
– Posting the changes on the company website
– Notification to registered email addresses
3. If a user uses this service after the effective date of the revised terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised terms. However, for changes requiring user consent under law, the company will obtain user consent by the company’s prescribed method.
4. If a user does not agree to the revised terms, please discontinue use of this service and complete the cancellation procedure by the prescribed method.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes related to this service.
