The Company may create and use pseudonymized information by removing all or part of the information that can identify specific individuals, such as names, from the collected personal information, processing it so that specific individuals cannot be identified unless collated with other information. This pseudonymized information is used to improve AI functionality, system improvements, and enhance user experience. The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures for the safe management of pseudonymized information in accordance with the law.
9.3 Anonymized Information
The Company may create anonymized information by processing the collected personal information so that specific individuals cannot be identified and the personal information cannot be restored. When creating anonymized information, the Company will publish the items of information related to individuals included in the anonymized information in accordance with the law. This anonymized information may be used for service function improvements, research and development related to English education, and joint research with third parties.
The Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations and implement appropriate security measures when creating and using the above information.
10. Personal Information of Students
This Service is provided through English educators and does not collect personal information directly from students. Educators are requested to take sufficient care to protect students’ personal information and note the following:
When entering students’ personal information into the Service, please limit it to the minimum information necessary for educational purposes.
11. Use of Cookies
The Company may use cookies to improve customer convenience when providing the Service. Cookies can be disabled at any time in your browser settings, but in that case, some service functions may not work properly.
12. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”) of their personal information, the Company will respond in accordance with the law after confirming their identity.
